March 25th, 2014
Ok. So this blog was supposed to introduce IDLife to everyone and be a blog for me to talk about what my experience has been.  Here it goes:
My name is Angela Fielding.  I am a 46 year old working mother of 3 beautiful children.  Senior at Texas A&M, A Freshman at Texas State and a sophomore still in High School.  I have a wonderful husband and we have been married for 26 years and together for over 30.
I started IDNutrition right after we launched (Jan. 18).  As of today, I have been on it for 1-1/2 months.  I wanted to do a before, during and after picture but didn’t want to put myself out there in case I decided to stop for some reason.
I have to say, I am a good size women.  I have what some call “Big Bones”.  It’s my German and Hispanic genetics.  I will never be a size 1 or for that matter a size 7.  I started with a weight of 213 and as of this morning, my weight was 205.5.  I take my Individually Designed supplements almost every day.  I sometimes forget to take my morning one so decided to put some of the morning in my purse so I won’t make that mistake. Just keeping it honest and real around here.
My appetite is different.  I still crave certain foods but don’t sit and eat the whole bag.  At dinner time my plate is well proportioned and I don’t eat till I’m sick. Ok, so I will have to say with the exception of when I eat Chinese food.  Ugh…that stuff is so good.  Learned a lesson though.  Rice seems to expand in your tummy 3 times the size it went in.

I’m so looking forward to IDLife’s Bootcamp this weekend in San Antonio.  It will be incredible.  If you yourself would like to be a part of IDLife or want to know more about IDNutrition, please join me.  Message me or visit my website @ http://afielding.idlife.com
